F`oreign Currency

（１）工程直接雇用的外籍人员；
(a) Expatriate staff directly employed on the W`orks:

（２）外籍人员的社会收费、保险金和医疗费用及其往来中国的旅行费；
(b) social `ch`arges, insurance premiums `and medical care related to such staff, `and travel expenses between China `and the country of `origin ;

（３）工程需要进口的临时或永久性材料；
(c) a list of the imp`orted materials, both temp`orary `and permanent, required f`or the W`orks ;

（４）工程所需设备的折旧，包括备件；
(d) depreciation `and usage of plant `and equipment, including spare parts, required f`or the W`orks ;

（５）进口设备、材料及备件的保险费和运费；
(e) insurance `and freight `ch`arges f`or imp`orted materials, plant `and equipment, including spare parts; `and

（６）一般管理费用，国外发生费用。
(f) overhead expenses, fees `and financial `ch`arges incurred outside China.

当地货币
Local Currency

（１）当地劳力；
(g) local labour ;

（２）当地采购材料；
(h) local materials ;

（３）其他服务；
(i) other services, `and ;

（４）一般管理费用，国内发生费用。
（j）overhead expenses, fees `and financial `ch`arges within China.

（四）业主可以要求投标者说明其外币需求的情况，提供证明，证明其单位价格和表一中所需部分是合理的。
12.4 Tenderers may be required by the Employer to clarify their f`oreign currency requirements, `and to provide satisfact`ory proof that the amounts included in the unit rates `and in Schedule I are reasonable `and responsive to sub-clause 12.1 hereof.

（五）投标者应在表二写明预计合同支付款额，且在表中附上工程进行过程中预计的工作量。
12.5 The tender shall complete Schedule II - Estimated Contract Payments `and shall substantiate the tabulation of this Schedule by attaching a table indicating anticipated maj`or quantities of w`ork perf`ormed over the duration of the W`orks.
