十九、提交标书最后期限
19. Deadline fo`r Submission of Tenders

（一）标书应按上述地址在＿＿年＿＿月＿＿日＿＿时之前寄至Ａ公司。
19.1 Tenders must be received by ______________ at the address specified above no later than _________.

（二）业主或其代理人可通过发布条款八规定的附录延长提交标书的最后期限，但至少应在原期限前七天通过电传或电报通知所有已索取投标文件的具有资格的投标者。在此情况下，所有原期限下业主和投标者的权利义务顺延至新期限结束。

19.2 The Employer o`r his agent __________ Company may, at their discretion, on giving not less than ________ calendar days notice by telex o`r telegram to all pre-qualified tenderers who have picked up the tender documents, extend the deadline fo`r the submission of tenders by issuing an Addendum in acco`rdance with Clause 8, in which case all rights an`d obligations of the Employer an`d the tenderers previously subject to the deadline shall thereafter be subject to the new deadline as extended.

二十、逾期标书
20. Late Tenders

Ａ公司在提交标书最后期限之后收到的标书都将不被打开，退回投标者。

Any tender received by ___________ Company after the prescribed deadline fo`r submission of tenders will be returned unopened.

二十一、标书修改和撤销

21. Modification an`d Withdrawal of Tenders

（一）投标者在提交标书后可对其进行修改或予以撤销，只要修改文件和撤标通知在提交标书最后期限前送达Ａ公司。

21.1 The tenderer may modify o`r withdraw his tender after submission, provided that the modification o`r notice of withdrawal is received in writing by __________ Company prio`r to the prescribed deadline fo`r submission of tenders.

（二）投标者的修改文件或撤标通知应按有关提交标书条款的规定准备、封缄、标记和发出。撤标通知可以通过电传、电报送达，但随后应提交一份有签名的确认件，且其邮戳上日期不能晚于提交标书最后期限。

21.2 The tenderer's modification o`r notice of withdrawal shall be prepared, sealed, marked an`d despatched in acco`rdance with the provisions fo`r the submission of tenders. A notice of withdrawal may also be sent by telex o`r telegram, but shall be followed by a signed confirmation copy, postmarked not later than the deadline fo`r submission of tenders.

（三）按条款二十四的规定，任何标书在最后期限后不能再进行修改。

21.3 Subject to Clause 24 hereof, no tender may be modified subsequent to the deadline fo`r submission of tenders.

（四）在提交标书最后期限和标书有效期满之间的时间撤标将按条款十四的规定失去投标保证书。

21.4 Withdrawal of a tender during the interval between the deadline fo`r submission of tenders an`d the expiration of the period of tender validity may result in the fo`rfeiture of tender security pursuant to Clause 14.
