进度管理总体要求
In order to guarantee completion of the project construction as scheduled, the project department will implement the production management policy "with safety as the basis, with quality as the center, with planning as the lead", establish a plan management system led by the production manager, and compile various plan management documents, strictly implement the plans in construction, to ensure full display of plan management's functions from the perspective of construction organization and management. The project department will build various project management information database with the help of computer to ensure the plans are scientifically and reasonably compiled and timely and correctly adjusted and promote construction as scheduled.
为了保证本工程施工工期按计划完成,我公司本工程项目部将贯彻"以安全为基础,以质量为中心,以计划为龙头"的生产管理方针;建立以生产经理为首的计划管 理体系,编制各项计划管理文件,并在实际施工中严格执行,从施工组织管理上确保计划管理的职能得到充分发挥。项目部将应用计算机建立各种工程管理信息库, 确保计划编制科学、合理,确保计划调整及时、准确,促进施工进度按计划准点运行。
