   The Provisions for the Detailed Engineering Design of Petrochemical Plants (hereafter referred to as the provisions) are formulated to improve final design quality of the petrochemical engineering and unify content and depth of detailed engineering design documents of petrochemical plants.
    为提高石油化工工程的工程设计成品质量，统一石油化工装置详细工程设计文件的内容和深度，特制定《石油化工装置详细工程设计内容规定》，以下简称本规定。
    These provisions are applicable to detailed engineering design of new and rebuilt (extended) petrochemical plants. Detailed engineering design of oil storage and transportation, public facilities and auxiliary facilities can refer to these provisions.

    The detailed engineering design documents shall be formulated in accordance with project contract, approved basic engineering design documents and basic design data.

    The detailed engineering design documents are based on the basic engineering design and their content and depth shall satisfy the requirements of common material procurement, equipment manufacturing, engineering construction and equipment operation.

    These provisions may be referenced in the preparation of final engineering design documents and can't be regarded as the criteria for arrangement of disciplines and division of labors inside the design organization.
