Buerjin County, located in northwest Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang, is longitude 86°54′ east and latitude 47°44′north with the altitude of 473.9m. The proposed wind farm is situated in 23km northwest Buerjin County, where the land is flat and open and the geological conditions are good.
布尔津县位于新疆西北部,经度86度54分,纬度47度44分,海拔高度为473.9米,拟建风电场场址位于布尔津县西北部23公里处,该地区场地较平坦,地势开阔,地质条件好。
Buerjin County is endowed with rich wind resources: According to the weather stations, the annual mean wind velocity is above 6.5m/s, and the maximum wind velocity is 37.4m/s; it often blows east wind and southeast wind in winter; and in summer the northwest and west wind will prevail with the frequency of 64%-66%; the number of days with gust above 8 degrees is about 40; and the occurrence frequency of wind velocity above 3m/s is 67% each year and the cumulative occurrence time is 5,500~6,000 hours.
布尔津县拥有丰富的风能资源,气象站年平均风速大于6.5m/s,最大风速37.4m/s,冬季大多东风和东南风,夏季盛行西北风和西风,频率达 64%-66%,大于8级大风的日数40天左右,年大于3m/s的风速出现频率为67%,累计出现时间为5500-6000小时。
The analysis to the measured wind data at the site shows, the region is endowed with abundant wind resources: The annual mean wind velocity can reach 10m/s or so (50m high), the annual wind energy density can reach 3,855.28kWh/m2, and the wind power density can reach above 770W/m2, suitable to install WTGSs.
通过对场址处测风数据的分析,可以确定该地区风能资源丰富,年平均风速可达10m/s左右(50米高度),年风能密度可达3855.28kWh/m2,风功率密度可达770W/m2以上,非常适合安装风力发电机组。

In this phase the wind farm shall install 66×750kW WTGSs, which shall be equipped with one 800kVA box-type step-up transformer each. It shall adopt the unit wiring of one transformer for one WTGS, and the units shall be stepped up to connect with the 35kV cable power transmission line of the wind farm, and then linked to the main system via a 110kV switching station. The main power transmission system of the wind farm shall be connected with the 110kV switching station of Buerjin via one 110kV power transmission line. The transmission line is about 23km long, the conductor shall use LGJ-185 and the transmission capacity is 50MW. The WTGSs and 35kV power distribution devices of the wind farm shall all adopt the microcomputer-based monitoring and protection.
风电场本期工程安装66台750kW的风力发电机组,每台风力发电机组配备一台容量为800kVA箱式升压变压器。组合方式为一机一变的单元接线,各单元 通过升压接入35kV风场电缆输电线路,后经一处110kV开关站并入主系统。风电场输电主系统以1条110kV输电线路接至布尔津110kV开关站,线 路长约23km,输电线路导线采用LGJ-185,输送容量50MW。风电场的风力发电机组、35kV配电装置均采用微机监控和保护。
